About the artists:
The Sonic Network Arts Project explores the extension of instruments and modes of performance into new, imaginative realms of action and interaction. They are interested in the relationships between the real and the imagined –the ways in which the visceral world of sound and sound production inform our imagined worlds of sound, and the ways our imagined worlds, in turn, inform our concrete experiences. The group works with sound and image and the relationships among improvised and variously scored works – from “traditionally” scored to graphic and text scores.
Tim Kaiser is an experimental musician and instrument builder who has been expanding the definition of music for over 40 years.
Chris Weldon engages in creative endeavors for you to see, hear, taste and recall for decades now.
Etiyen Esteff is an improvisational musician and keyboardist based in Columbus, Ohio.
