NEA BIG READ KICK-OFF

Celebrate the Natural World Through Poetry and "You Are Here; Poetry in the Natural World" by Ada Limon. This event is FREE and includes the Poetry Festival featuring live poetry reading, workshops vendors and more. This event also includes a painting workshop with artist Mah Leah Cochran who will guide you in creating a watercolor painting inspired by the gentle beauty of the camellia flower and a poem featured in "You Are Here"—by Patricia Smith. The event concludes with the opening reception of Amanda Love's outdoor art installation "Silos"
