Our "Hop Dissertation" series is a yearly collab that focuses on four unique beers brewed with friend-breweries from around the country. The collab brews highlight hop-forward and inventive beer styles.
This year's line-up
- Rice IPA brewed with Forbidden Root (Columbus, OH / Chicago, IL)
- DDH West Coast IPA brewed with Third Eye (Cincinnati, OH)
- Black IPA brewed with Missing Mountain (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)
- TDH Hazy IPA brewed with Dankhouse (Newark, OH)
Your ticket will get you a flight of 6oz pours of each beer that our Owner/Head Brewer, Peter Steffes and Assistant Brewer, Stephen Wernecke will guide you through. They'll discuss the intricacies of the brew process and what makes these wildcards so special. Additionally, you'll leave with 4-pack containing one 16oz can of each beer to take home.
