Gains For God YA Lifting Instructional

Back by popular demand in a new location, it's time to get some gains led by a professional coach!

Date: Saturday, January 10th, 2026

We'll kick off with a group prayer followed by a strength training session suitable for all levels! Don't forget to fuel up before we lift!
