enCORE + CbusMamatribe Lagree Class

Exciting News! We are thrilled to announce that our fall CbusMamatribe event on Sunday, October 5th will be held at the hottest new Lagree studio in town, enCORE. What is Lagree you ask? It’s a high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges both body and mind—without stressing your joints. You will be amazed at how this workout combines strength training, cardio, and core work into one full body session. Every movement is slow and controlled, keeping constant tension on your muscles for maximum results - and trust us you’ll feel the burn. Mel is a certified lagree instructor and will be leading the class with all the energy and encouragement you need. Don’t worry, we will take some time to go over the basics and then get your body moving followed by a good CbusMamatribe gab session with snacks and drinks after class.

This is a donation based event and all ticket sales will be directly donated to the Breast Cancer Fund of Ohio which provides emergency funds for those fighting against breast cancer; helping with housing, food, medical co-pays and much more.

p.s. Grip socks are required to particpate. If you don't own a pair, you can purchase a pair in the studio before class.
