4:00–4:30 PM — Soft Landing

• Early arrivals welcome
• Set up your spot, settle in
• Chill music + casual mingling

4:30–5:00 PM — Intention Circle

• Group welcome with Whitney + Jess
• Grounding, introductions, and intention setting

5:00–5:45 PM — Adornment in Practice

• Jess shares the deeper meaning of adornment
• Live flower crown demo + trying on crowns
• Light discussion

5:45–6:30 PM — Connection + Play

• Group connection exercise or journaling prompt
• Open time for organic convos and selfies in your crown

6:30–7:30 PM — Photo Flow + Creative Practice

• Whitney shares tips for taking meaningful, beautiful photos (of yourself + others) using what you already have
• Optional 1:1 photo time with Whitney during golden hour
• Movement, joy, play encouraged!

7:30–8:00 PM — Closing Circle

• Reflection, shares, gratitude
• Invitations
• Final hugs (if you want) + golden hour magic
