Autumnal Equinox Sound Bath

Enjoy a 1 hour healing sound bath with Jim from the Awakened Center. No movement or experience needed, just lie back (or sit) and relax. We have a number of community mats, as well as blankets and bolsters to get comfortable.

After a brief introduction, the session begins with a short centering to ground into the space. Jim plays singing bowls, gong and a variety of instruments for powerful vibrational healing.

Sliding scales tickets Community Access - $20, Sustainer - $30, or Supporter - $40.

What does sliding scale mean? Wellspring is a 501(c)(3) chartiable organization dedicated to bringing affordable yoga and wellness events to Columbus. A $20 Community Access ticket provides access to lower income community members, a $30 Sustainer ticket provides Wellspring with the resources needed to run this event, a $40 Supporter ticket helps provide access to the event for others.
