We’re back at Woodlands Backyard (668 Grandview Ave, Columbus, OH) for another late-night volleyball showdown!
📅 Check-In: 7:45 PM
🎉 Balls Up: 8:15 PM (after leagues finish)
⏰ Finals could run until 1–2 AM!
💸 Entry Fee
$15 per person – CASH ONLY 🤑
(No Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. Please plan ahead with the bank or a friend!)
👥 Registration
48 pairs for Comp (any combo → placed on teams of 4)
24 pairs for Rec (any combo → placed on teams of 4)
Guaranteed 3 rounds of pool play (to 21)
After pool play → Single Elimination Bracket (everyone makes it in!)

💰 Cash payout to 1st & 2nd place
💵 Money back to 1st place in the lower division
🎊 Bonus prizes possible depending on turnout
📝 Subs & Partners
If your partner’s late, you may sub with opponent’s approval
Delays = shorter games + points to the other team
🚫 No subs allowed during bracket play (unless injury)

Players may stay in positions but must rotate servers after side-outs
Serve anyone, anytime 🎯
Directional blocking = ✅
Blocks don’t count as a touch
Clean open-hand receives & clean perpendicular set-overs are okay
🚫 No doubles, lifts, carries, or open-hand tips
🚫 No foot faults or touching the net
Crossing the center line is fine if it doesn’t mess with play
