Mental health impacts every part of our lives—from how we show up at work to how we connect with others. For young professionals ages 21–40, the pressure to juggle it all can feel overwhelming.
Join us for a powerful panel discussion featuring four local mental health professionals who will share insights, strategies, and encouragement for navigating stress, burnout, boundaries, and balance in your personal and professional life. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A with our panelists.

Yes! We want all Young Professionals in Maury County to get involved.
Am I a Young Professional?
A Young Professional is anyone working or living in Maury County. From Nurses to Teachers and Manufacturers to Engineers, anyone from 21 to 40 is considered a Young Professional!
I won't know anyone there...
That's okay, many people will not know anyone. Look for the registration table and we will introduce you to others and get you plugged in.
