In this 90-minute restorative experience, you’re invited to drop out of your thinking mind and into the quiet wisdom of your body. Through the powerful combination of sound healing and somatic acupressure, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation—gently releasing stress and tension held in the nervous system.

This session includes:

• Grounding breathwork to begin your somatic journey
• Gentle acupressure techniques to calm the vagus nerve and open energetic pathways
• A therapeutic soundbath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks
• Intentional rest and integration to support nervous system reset and renewal
