DID YOU KNOW…. The “new normal” for the onset of perimenopause symptoms is around the age of 35, which typically carries on through the age of 50 or beyond!

Join us for an invaluable workshop that will help us understand hormones and their impact on women’s health. Our presenter, Amanda Wallace, specializes in female hormonal health and will be sharing her knowledge to help us recognize the different stages of perimenopause, identifying and addressing symptoms, understanding the important role of diet and exercise and will provide insight on how to overcome these obstacles.

Amanda’s holistic approach will provide you with the tools you need to navigate through this stage of life! If you’re between the ages of 35-60, this is for you!

We'll have samples to try of Sea Moss and Herbal Tea and those items will be available for purchase on the day of the workshop with a special discount of 10% off.

Our workshop will last 60 minutes and will be informative and conversational. It's not just you ladies, but the more you know, the better off you'll be! Feel free to hang around for an extra 30minutes to share any experience of ask any questions.
