The Art of Convening (AOC) is a powerful, proven skill set and trusted nine step collaboration tool that ensures that your conversations, events, and meetings are engaging, productive, and meaningful. This program is a "must do" for anyone who regularly convenes meetings or events, or who regularly deals with sensitive conversations.
The Art of Convening offers a practical framework for fostering creative conversations and generating commitment to action, ensuring positive outcomes for all involved. (See the 2011 book, The Art of Convening: Authentic Engagement in Meetings, Gatherings and Conversations by Neal, Neal, and Wold). In a supportive setting, we will explore the nine aspects of the Convening Wheel and apply them immediately to improve relationships and outcomes in your life and work. Information on resources and programs for continued learning will be provided.
