Aerial Breathwork + Reiki Immersion

Float in the nurturing womb of the aerial hammock as we deep dive into the relationship between heart and breath. Guided meditation using open mouth, circular connected breath combined with intuitive reiki touch--top and bottom body--serve as catalysts to release and re-pattern habitual responses that no longer serve.
