About the Venue: Columbia Ballroom

Located in the quiet countryside of Columbia Station, OH, the Columbia Ballroom is a beautifully restored barn that first opened for ballroom dancing in 1931. Built with Queen trusses and hardwood dating back to 1900, it blends rustic charm with a sense of history and nostalgia—creating the perfect backdrop for meaningful transformation and connection with the essence of fall.

Nature Hike at Columbia Reservation

Located just 0.5 miles down the road from the venue, this 409-acre wetland preserve offers a peaceful, natural environment for grounding and renewal. You will have the option to drive down the street to meet for a mindful hike. Prefer to stay onsite? No problem — an indoor alternative will be available.

Lunch will be served onsite and catered by the Columbia Ballroom. Closer to the event date, you’ll receive an email to provide any food allergies or dietary sensitivities. If you’re purchasing a ticket for someone else, you’ll be asked to provide their email so we can gather their preferences as well.
