October Book Study: Educator Bandwidth

Join us for October's 2025 MSTA "Beyond the Book" Club Book Study, featuring Educator Bandwidth: How to Reclaim Your Energy, Passion, and Time by Jane A.G. Kize and Ann Holm.

Explore strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and reclaim time through self-care, goal setting, and balance.

This study is facilitated by MSTA member and early childhood special education teacher Rebecca Shipley.

Participants are responsible for obtaining their copy of this month's text before the beginning of the book study.

Participants are required to participate in Zoom meetings and assignments to provide an opportunity to network with other participants over the concepts shared. The time of the Zoom meeting will be determined by the facilitator with book study participants.

The Learning Management System, Teachable, is used to house discussion board conversations and group materials. Teachable courses are by design asynchronous.

At the end of the month, PD certificates will be emailed to participants who complete all course requirements.
