Pitching Clinic with Alexis Bermudez

The Akademy is excited to announce our upcoming Pitching Clinic with ELITE pitcher, Alexis Bermudez of the Puerto Rico National Team 🇵🇷

Date: September 6th, 2025

Location: Laird Road Recreation -180 Laird Road, Colts Neck, NJ (softball fields 3 & 4 are in the back)

Time: 9:00 - 10:30 AM

Open to all ages

The clinic will cover basic mechanics and spin pitches, ending with a live catcher.

About Alexis:

Coach Alexis played her first 2 years of college at Bethune Cookman University where she was named 2018 MEAC rookie of the year and most outstanding player of the MEAC tournament, and 2019 MEAC Pitcher of the Year. She then transferred to James Madison University where she was part of the 2022 Women’s College World Series team. After graduating from JMU in 2022, she coached at College of the Holy Cross for the 2022-2023 season.

Alexis is now playing professionally in Puerto Rico and is a member of the Puerto Rican National team. She and the team earned a silver medal at the 2025 Pan American games in Colombia and will participate in the 2025 World Games in China.
