• ATTENDING - $20 pp before July 1st FEES WILL INCREASE BY $10 after July 1st
• BARBCUE COMPETITION - $50.00 MUST BE REGISTERD BY AUGUST 1ST
• LINEDANCE COMPETITION MUST BE REGISTERD BY AUGUST 1ST
o MUST PAY ENTRY FEE FOR EACH MEMBER
o MUST BE 5 OR MEMBERS PER GROUP
ALL OTHER CONTESTS – YOU CAN REGISTER BEORE OR DAY OF $5 DONATION REQUIRED TO ENTER CONTEST. HALF WILL GO TOWARDS WINNER ALONG WITH TROPHY OR RIBBON

1. SET-UP – 3:30 PM TO 5:00 PM
2. START TIME – 5:00 PM
3. BBQ COMPETION – 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
4. LINEDANCE COMPETITION – 7:30 PM TO 9:00 PM
5. PIE EATING CONTEST – 6:00 pm to 6:30 PM
6. BEST OUTFIT CONTEST – 9:30 PM
7. BULL RIDING CONTEST – 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
8. CLOSING – 11:30 PM
