SOUNDBATH: Immerse yourself in the healing relaxing world of sound where sacred musical instruments are played over and around offering reinvigorating powerful sensations. Working with Gongs, Tingsha Bells, Himalayan and Crystal Bowls, Rain Sticks, Wind Chimes, Koshi Chimes and Native American Drums to invite your body to vibrate energetically to different frequencies bringing about restoration, bliss, calm and peace. You may dream, go on a journey or simply enjoy a deep rest🌙 💤✨
For your comfort please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow and anything else to help make you feel all cosy!

ABOUT US:
Buxton PreSchool has been a part of Buxton village community for over 40 years! Operating from Buxton Village Hall, five days a week during term time and are a charity registered organisation, run by a committee of pre-school parents. My two lovely lively boys have loved being a part of this heart led community run playgroup. All fundraising goes towards providing wonderful opportunities for our little ones. Please help us and with your support, we can ensure it can continue to flourish and stay open.
Yoga with Lucy has been creating retreats & trainings online and on the beautiful Norfolk Broads for 10 years. Originally a School Teacher, with a MA Advanced Educational Practice, she shares accredited courses in a variety of wellbeing treatments and therapies such as Yoga & Soundbaths | Hypnotherapy, NLPCoaching, EFT & Hypnobirthing | Astrology, Tarot & Human Design Consultations | Reiki, Crystal & Shamanic Healing
