If you're looking for a lighthearted and joyful way to move your body - this class is for you!
A personal and respectful enquiry of your bodies limitations and availability, natural fluctuations and energy levels, explored through a variety of yoga forms.
I'll guide you through joyful and creative movement practices, taking inspiration from modern practical movement and children's yoga, rather than solely traditional yoga forms, ending with half an hour of restorative yoga for nurture and recharging.
This class is a beautiful opportunity to check-in with yourself and to celebrate your body! The classes will vary month by month, relative to the shifting seasons and offer a playful and light-hearted approach to your yoga practice. In these classes you'll find methods such as journalling, meditation, free movement, longer holds of postures for deeper enquiry (Yin Yoga), flowing sequences , breathwork, and so much more. These classes are an opportunity to try a variety of teaching styles and understand how your practice should work to support you and intrigue you, rather than feel repetitive or like a burden.

Classes will be throughout the year on the second Saturday of every month, dates are as follows;

Investment for each class is £12. Alternatively, I am offering quarterly blocks (3 sessions) for £30 should you wish to book ahead.
