Parent/Carer Workshop - Help! My child doesn't want to go to school

The Aylsham Community Trust (Families) is offering a FREE workshop - Help! My child doesn't want to go to school for parents and carers of Year 1 to 6 pupils at any of our trust schools.

Trust schools include: Aylsham High School, Aldborough Primary, Bure Valley School, Buxton Primary, Erpingham Primary, Hevingham Primary, John of Gaunt Infant and Nursery School and St Michael's Primary and Nursery school.

This workshop is designed to help parents/carers support their children who experience anxiety about attending school - whether it's ongoing or triggered by returning after a school break.
We will focus on understanding emotional needs and share practical strategies to help you feel more confident in guiding your child through anxious feelings.

Date: Thursday 20th November 2025 1.30pm - 3pm

Venue: Bure Valley School, Hungate Street, Aylsham
