10.00-10.15am Welcome
10.15-11.15am Slow Flow Vinyasa – a gentle movement practice, flowing with the breath, to help reduce the noise in our busy brains & settle into the space
11.15-11.30am Snack & comfort break
11.30-12.30pm Meditation & mindfulness workshop – an introduction to meditation & mindfulness, with a focus on how to bring mindfulness into daily life & creative activities
12.30-1.30pm Our delicious lunch from Vicky’s Kitchen
1.30-2.15pm Creating Mindfulness – writing, sketching, doodling; using mindfulness whilst creating whatever takes your fancy (and no, you don’t have to be an artist or writer to take part!)
2.15-2.30pm Comfort break
2.30-3.45pm Yoga Nidra – a beautiful practice, where you simply have to lay comfortably and listen to my voice as I guide you through a deep meditation, taking you to that blissful place between waking & sleeping
3.45-4.00pm Closing circle
