CDALF 18th Annual Labor Appreciation Gala

On Labor Day, September 1, 2025, over 2000 union members and their families along with community partners celebrated the contributions of working people and their unions. It was a great display of union strength and unity.
On the heels of this very successful event, the Capital District Area Labor Federation is working towards making our 18th Annual Appreciation Gala equally successful. The gala will take place on November 13, 2025 at the Desmond Hotel (660 Albany Shaker Road). This year we are honoring leaders that have made a difference in bettering the lives of working people in our region. This year's theme is Labor and Community working together to make life better for working people!
