Tonie Nooyens Master Kundalini Yoga Teacher from Holland is conducting a weekend retreat in Sri Lanka. 12-14 September 2025 at IshTara Wellness 42 Horton Place Colombo 7 .
He will be taking the teachings about the ultimate state of awareness -
loving kindness compassion joy and equanimity - as a starting point.
We will explore what the different teachings have to offer so we can manifest these heart-
based energies.
We will do this by exploring how we can transform
unhelpful reactive habits patterns and manners we may want to embrace as part of a conscious and mindful way of communicating acting and being.
In this weekend retreat we will give you the experience of the true clarified mind as well as providing simple techniques that you can use at work or home to get you back into this state.
