Zusammenkommen, Gemeinschaft, Herzensklänge …
Gemeinsam werden wir Mantras unseres Debütalbums 'Trust' singen und ausgewählte Mantras aus verschiedenen Kulturen anstimmen, begleitet von Gitarren- und Harmoniumklängen. Zu Beginn werden die Texte der Lieder verteilt. Unsere Mantras sind eingängig und einfach, ideal zum Eintauchen und Genießen. Euer Wohlbefinden steht dabei an erster Stelle. Fühlt euch frei, eine bequeme Körperhaltung einzunehmen oder einfach nur aufzunehmen, was die Musik in euch auslöst!
•• Wann: Samstag, 18. Oktober 2025
•• Einlass: ab 19:00 Uhr, Beginn um 19:30 Uhr. Wir lassen die Klänge bis ca. 21:30 erklingen.
•• Eintritt: 20-45 Euro (nach Selbsteinschätzung)
•• Wo: Yogastudio 'geschmeidig.' (ehemals Raum für Körper, Geist und Seele), Heinrich-Brüning-Str. 8, 50969 Köln
•• Mitbringen: Ein Sitzkissen (wenn möglich), eine Wasserflasche und gemütliche Kleidung, warme Socken. Was brauchst du noch, um dich rundum wohlzufühlen?

'Mantra' kommt aus dem Sanskrit und bedeutet soviel wie heilige Silbe, heiliges Wort oder heiliger Vers.
Durch die Wiederholungen der Mantratexte, die eine starke energetische Wirkung haben, können wir loslassen und in die Klänge unserer, aller Stimmen abtauchen. Die Melodien der Lieder berühren das Herz und unsere Gefühlswelt. Durch das gemeinsame Singen der Mantras und Herzenslieder hebt sich die Energie im Raum spürbar an und es fällt uns leicht, Anspannungen und Blockaden zu lösen.

We are very happy to finally be back in Cologne on the 18th of October.
Together, we will sing, listen, feel, and immerse ourselves in silence to explore our inner spaces.
We invite you to embark on a journey to yourself, in harmony with other voices. Together, we will chant mantras from different cultures, accompanied by the gentle sounds of guitars and harmonium. At the beginning, the lyrics of the songs will be distributed.
Our mantras are simple and catchy, inviting us to surrender and enjoy the experience of the moment. Your well-being is at the center of our focus, so please take care of yourself and find a comfortable posture in which you feel at ease. If you wish, you may simply receive and be carried away by the sounds.
We look forward to singing together with you and embarking on a journey that connects us and can lead us into the depths of our hearts.

The word 'mantra' (Sanskrit) is a sacred syllable, word or verse.
Through the repetitions of the Mantras we can let go and dive into the sounds of our voices. The melodies and lyrics from the songs touch the heart and our inner world.
Through the common singing of these heart mantras the energy in the room rises noticeably and it can be more easy for us to release tensions and blockages.
