This gentle New Year goal-setting workshop is an invitation to slow down, check in with yourself and set goals that feel aligned with who you are becoming, not who you’ve been told to be.
Rather than trying to plan an entire year all at once, we’ll take the pressure off and break things down into quarters. This allows you to focus on what feels realistic, supportive and meaningful right now, while still holding a sense of direction for the year ahead.
We’ll spend the morning grounding, journaling and reflecting on what you truly want your 2026 to look and feel like. There will be space for honest conversations with yourself about what matters, what you’re ready to release and what you’d like to gently call in.
Expect guided reflection, vision-setting, mindset work and practical tools you can return to throughout the year. Everything shared is designed to feel supportive, not overwhelming, and to meet you where you are.
