A Sunday Morning Sound & Space Gathering for Women
Crescent Hearts is a one-off Sound & Space event created for women craving rest, reflection and reconnection. Curated around the crescent moon, this experience is designed to support gentle release, nervous system regulation and making space for new growth.
You’ll be guided through a 60-minute soundbath with integrated Reiki, followed by time to land softly with a warm herbal tea and quiet connection if you wish. Each guest will also leave with a thoughtfully curated self-care offering, created to extend the feeling of calm beyond the space.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing -whatever that means to you. i.e. loungewear, pjs, onesies etc.
Cosy layers are encouraged.

• On-street parking is available on Gisburn Road
• The studio is located up two flights of steep stairs but a lift is available at the venue
