You don't have to struggle alone.

We're excited to announce a new support group for those with a lived experience of depression and/or anxiety.

Starting on Monday, January 12th. For 8 weeks, from 7:00-8:30pm, you can connect with others who understand and can support you through life's challenges.

Hosted at New Life Church - 28 Tracey Lane, Collingwood, this group is a safe space to share, grow, and find encouragement.
