Covenant Renewal Service

We're kicking off the New Year with a special worship service that dates back to the late 1700's.

John Wesley, the founder of the Methodist movement, would host a Covenant Renewal Service each year on New Year's Day to encourage Christians to recommit themselves to God and to prepare for the work & ministry to which they'd been called.

The heart of the service, focused in the Covenant Prayer, requires persons to commit themselves to God; there will be several prayers throughout the service and a chance for each person to sign their worship bulletin as a holy agreement between themselves and God.

We hope you'll join us for this special worship service as it sets up various series and themes we'll explore throughout 2026.
