Knights Bridge Wine Tasting

Join Next Bistro as we showcase the beautiful wines from the Knights Valley by Knights Bridge Winery. We will be joined by Ms Christine Dodgen, South Region Manager who will discuss the wines, their wine making philosophy, the story behind how the family founded this winery and answer your questions about the wines. We will finish the evening with their highly rated 2019 Knights Bridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. Chef Ying will provide a special menu to complement these amazing wines.
