GROOVE ZUMBA CLASS

Kickstart your weekend at the high-energy Groove Zumba class for ages 16 and older on Saturday, Oct. 4, and Nov. 1, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Lincoln Recreation Center Pavilion. Admission is free.

Dance, sweat, and have fun as the instructor guides you through lively Latin-inspired moves to boost your fitness and mood. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, the workout is suitable for all levels.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and invite your friends to move to the beat.
