Fit Fest

Start the new year with free fitness demonstrations and expert advice on healthy living on Saturday, Jan. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Lincoln Recreation Center. Admission is free.

Sweat to Latin beats, take a 15-minute boot camp, and try the fastest-growing recreation sport, pickleball.
