Moxa is truly a "survival to thrival" medicine, and is one of the most fantastic home remedies and first aid you can turn to.
That said, mugwort is also a poweful herb! This class will lend you the wisdom of thousands of years of Chinese medical/herbal knowledge so that you can process mugwort safely and effectively into your own moxa.
