Join artist-naturalist Lauren Connolly and creative steward Robin Motzer for a transformative weekend retreat nestled in the ancient forests of Hueston Woods. Overlooking the lake and surrounded by fall colors, this retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner creative voice through art, writing, breath, and the natural world.
Whether you're navigating grief, seeking clarity, or simply craving stillness, this retreat offers a sacred space to re-story your life—through guided creative sessions, healing rituals, and community connection.
This experience is a gentle blend of restoration and expression, rooted in the belief that nature and creativity can help us process grief, trauma, and transition—and guide us toward renewal.
Friday: Arrival, welcome circle, meet & greet with local makers, opening session, Keynote Speaker
Saturday: Morning breathwork, 2-hour silent nature connection, fire ceremony, dream-launching creative session
Sunday: Stretch, closing circle, integration time
