Art of Resilience
The Art of Resilience is about turning struggle into expression and expression into strength. It uses art as a tool for reflection, healing, and discovering our capacity to adapt and move forward. We start with a feelings check in, moving to a grounding practice before diving into our artwork. Participation is $10 per person.
