Cardio Drum - Cold Spring - 6-week Session

Join in on this 45-min class for a 6-week period! Get your full-body workout in while drumming on a fitness ball placed on a bucket. This venture will get you wanting to bang on the drum all day!

*No experience needed. Equipment provided.
