Join us for an unforgettable evening of horsepower and heart at the Northwest Kansas Truck Convoy, presented by the Kansas Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) to benefit Special Olympics Kansas!

Western Starting Location:
Short and Son Trucking (1016 W Highway 24, Goodland, KS)
2:30 - 3:15 PM MT – Registration
3:15 PM MT – Leave for Colby
Eastern Starting Location:
Mittens TA (1001 Hwy 40, Oakley, KS)
3:30 - 4:30 PM CDT – Registration
4:30 PM CDT – Leave for Colby
Schedule:
4:30 PM - Meet at Short and Son Trucking and Mittens: Head to Colby
5:00 PM – Arrive in Colby and line up on Horton Ave, outside Oasis
5:15 PM – Parade begins through town
5:45 PM – Parade ends; arrive at the Event Center
5:45 PM – 6:45 PM – Dinner is served
6:45 PM – Performance begins
Silent Auction will be open during dinner. Closes at 7:00 PM.
Entry Fees:
Trucks with 5+ wheels: $100
Vehicles with 4 or fewer wheels: $50
(All vehicles must be road safe to participate in the convoy.)
Special Appearance: Colby Community College Women’s Basketball Team
