Ring 1: Starting 50cm and rising at 10cm increments
Ring 2: Starting cross rails and rising dependent on interest

VENUE: Colac Pony Club, 95 Christies Road, Elliminyt
ENTRY FEE: $10 per round PLUS $10 Medical Levy per rider. Maximum 5 rounds per horse. NO facility fee/use of grounds fee. $20 day participant for non-insured riders

Conditions of Entry: Entry is conditional upon acceptance of the following conditions:
1. Events cannot run without the assistance of volunteers. By entering this competition, you agree to provide necessary assistance to ensure the running of the day. Including for example, assistance adjusting heights, gate marshalling etc.
2. Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCA/PCV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.
3. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide/combine any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
4. No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate.
5. PCV membership cards must be inspected at the office before riding, on the day of the competition, on penalty of elimination. In accordance with PCV Bylaw 15.7.a.ii Grading must not be corrected or altered at a competition.
6. Gear Check:
• Required for all riders before competing as per the current PCA Gear Rules. The responsibility to ride in the correct competition gear remains with the competitor. If any judge or official discovers a competitor riding with incorrect competition gear, elimination may occur.
7. Dogs are prohibited without exception.
8. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.
9. All Non-Pony Club members, and any Pony Club member who cannot show their Pony Club card or prove Pony Club membership must complete the day participant waiver and liability declaration: Non-Pony Club members and PCA/PCV members who cannot prove their PCA/PCV membership must pay $20 per day of participation unless exempt by way of holding insurance (as per Page 4 -Liability Declaration) with an equine organization or hold their own insurance. 10. No stallions, colts or rigs
11. PCV no smoking and alcohol policies apply.
12. Lunging is permitted in designated area only
13. Queries, protests, horse abuse, rules as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws. Protests incur a $50 fee.
14. Horses/ponies must be at least four (4) years old on the day of the competition
15. PCA Entries must be accompanied by a signed and completed Individual Member Event Waiver and Liability Declaration (jotform.com) for each entrant. The Individual Member Event Waiver and Liability Declaration must be signed by the entrant’s parent or guardian for Entrants under 18yrs of age. The parent or guardian must be over 18yrs of age. The purpose of the Individual Member Event Waiver and Liability Declaration is to limit the liability of the event organizer for any liability for personal injury or death by the Entrant. By signing the form, the Entrant is waiving their rights to sue the organizer for any losses related to personal injury or death. By signing the form, the Entrant and their parent or guardian acknowledge that horse riding is a recreational activity that is inherently dangerous and involves a significant degree of physical risk and or death. At all times the Entrant and their parent or guardian is responsible for his or her actions and participates in the activity at his or her own risk. Entries without a signed and completed Individual Member Event Waiver and Liability Declaration are unable to be accepted.
16. Competitors may ride more than one horse, subject to the conditions of PCAV Handbook of By-laws multiple horse rules.
17. Club members under eight (8) years must not be graded for horse trials, or compete in any competitions that involve cross country.
18. Complying helmets must be worn, spot checks may occur.
19. Medical Armbands optional but highly recommended for riders with medical conditions
20. Strictly a maximum of 5 rounds per horse
