This 6-week class offers a safe, supportive space to reconnect with and heal your inner child.

Each week blends gentle teaching, guided reflection, and powerful hypnosis to help you release old wounds, reparent unmet needs, and rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been silenced or forgotten.

You’ll learn how childhood experiences shape adult patterns, practice nurturing your inner child with compassion, and create new pathways of safety, self-trust, and joy.

By the end of the series, you’ll not only feel more connected to yourself but also have practical tools to continue your healing journey long after the class ends.
