South African Wine Dinner with Franschhoek Cellar & Fryer’s Cove
Join us as we welcome Jack Chase, winery representative for Franschhoek Cellar and Fryer’s Cove, two of South Africa’s most distinctive wine estates. We’ll begin with a glass of sparkling wine from the portfolio before sitting down to a five-course menu from Chef CJ, thoughtfully designed to pair with standout wines from both estates.
About the Wineries
🌿 Franschhoek Cellar is rooted in the heritage of South Africa’s “French Corner,” where early Huguenot settlers brought centuries of winemaking knowledge. Their wines balance tradition with modern flair, celebrating the unique terroir of the Cape Winelands.
🌊 Fryer’s Cove is the only vineyard along South Africa’s rugged West Coast, perched just 500 meters from the icy Atlantic. Their wines capture the wild maritime character of this windswept site, offering saline freshness and remarkable intensity born of ocean breezes and extreme coastal conditions.
