Sky Breath Meditation Workshop with Dr Somya Ramrakhvani

This is a 9hr : Fri 9-12 5:30-8:30/ Sat 9-13 3pm-6pm/Sun 9-14 3pm-6pm. The cost of this workshop is $400. In this workshop you will learn and practice the benefits of meditation plus A structured daily practice you can continue at home, Tools to release stress and anxiety at the root, through the breath, Techniques to improve focus,sleep,and emotional resilience , A supportive community and access to ongoing weekly groups. After the course you can go at no cost to a mediation class at Sundari Yoga Studio with like minded individuals.
