We’ve got a big week ahead as we keep grinding toward the start of the Rams wrestling season! 💪🐏

📅 Practice Schedule
• Tuesday: Practice at our normal time
• Thursday: Practice will be moved to Friday (normal time) due to JV football

🏆 Tournament Wrestlers
Our first club tournament is this Sunday at Cocoa Beach High School!
• Weigh-ins:
• 14U & under → 8:00 – 9:30 AM
• 16U & 18U → immediately after

Let’s stay focused, put in the work this week, and be ready to compete. The season is right around the corner—time to sharpen iron with iron. 🔥
