Cocoa Beach Scooter Rally

Hooligans SC is excited to announce the revival of the CCB Scooter Rally! Year one (2026) will be relatively low-key, given our current attendance expectations. The hope is to grow this rally into a must-attend event over the next couple of years. For now, we'll have some fun rides, great stops along the way, and some swag—patches and more. It won't be the hundreds we saw a decade ago, but I expect a solid couple dozen attendees. We'll even have some Texas-based clubmates making the trip!
