About the event

Sirocco Winds Quintet & Robert Digney

We are delighted to welcome Sirocco Winds back to Cockermouth. They are a dynamic wind ensemble comprising Masters and graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Although based in Glasgow, its members come from all over the UK and Spain. They were formed in 2012.
Programme includes music by Mendelssohn, Arnold, Peter Maxwell Davies, Janacek and local composer Philip Wood.
