Come join in the fun this October at the WE Oregon HalloWEen Extravaganza at the Oregon Horse Center's Prairie Arena.
In addition to a USAWE-licensed WE show, this weekend will include a just-for-fun Dressage Musical Freestyle (entries can be individual or groups; come up with approximately 3 - 4 minutes of music and a choreographed dressage test in costume... have fun with this and be creative!). The Costume Musical Freestyle will be judged 50% on artistic impression and 50% on quality of your test.
Entry Fees:
Saturday/Sunday WE Show Entry Fee: $350 (includes 1 bag of shavings, and stabling from Friday 2 pm - Sunday night. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 2 pm on Friday (honestly -- NO EARLIER -- if you arrive prior to 2 pm on Friday, please plan to pay a 'haul in fee' to OHC and amuse yourself in the main facility rather than coming to the Prairie Arena). Additional bags of shavings can be purchased on site for $10/bag.
Just-for-Fun Costume Musical Freestyle: $25
Tack Stall: $100
(OHC Boarders who do not need stabling can request a $100 discount because they don't need a stall)
PLEASE DO NOT BRING OUTSIDE SHAVINGS IN -- we are charged an extra $35 per stall if any outside shavings are used.
Camping is available on site -- please make reservations directly with the Oregon Horse Center if you are planning to camp (we do not handle the camping spot reservations at all).
To compete, riders must be current members of USAWE, and all horses must be recorded with USAWE. If you are participating for schooling only or only in the Costume Musical Freestyle, this requirement is waived.

Because of the need to pay in full for the facility and Judge expenses, regardless of weather or medical considerations, no refunds can be issued for this event (no exceptions).
