Join us for a nourishing weekend of connection to land, food, and community. Together we will harvest fresh produce from the Dharma Centre gardens and greenhouses, then transform our harvest into simple, wholesome meals under the guidance of Zenryu Owatari. With support from Carolynn Barko, we’ll also explore mindfulness in daily activities, discovering how harvesting and cooking can become a practice of presence, gratitude, and joy.

No experience needed—just an open heart, a love of food, and a wish to be part of the Dharma Centre’s living cycle of care.
