SMA Cello Weekend 2025

SMA Cello Weekend returns to YMS in Oct! All the young cellists will have the unique opportunity to work with the most dynamic cello quartet in the industry - Cellophonics. With exciting and rewarding repertoires carefully chosen, every participant is sure to gain invaluable skills and inspiration. We also have Tony Woollard - cello faculty at the Royal Academy of Music, Gemma Rosefield - Professor of cello at the Royal College of Music join us for Masterclass and improvisation sessions.

Gala Concert 26th October The Menuhin Hall - The weekend will culminate in a spectacular Gala Concert, featuring captivating performances by both students and faculty members. Tickets are available to book via Menuhin Hall website – an event not to be missed!
