Our Mummy & Me Boxfit/Strength is a dynamic, postnatal-friendly fitness class designed to help you regain strength, boost energy, and feel amazing — all with your baby by your side. Combining functional bodyweight training, resistance work, cardio bursts, and core restoration, this class supports safe return to exercise while building endurance and confidence.
Each session is designed with postnatal recovery in mind — focusing on pelvic floor awareness, rebuilding deep core strength, and improving posture. Babies can stay close in a pram, on a mat, or join in for playful moments during your workout. Expect laughter, sweat, and a supportive community of like-minded mums.
