Ancient Arts Academy

The Barony of Seagirt is proud to welcome one and all to their annual autumn Tutr and A&S championship at the beautiful Brentwood College School in Mill Bay.

Come enjoy the wide range of classes we are able to offer in this fabulous facility. We have a full Novus track, classes on all sorts of maker things (wood, metal, textiles, ceramics), all you can eat Cut & Thrust, and several opportunities to become a Junior marshal!

The A&S Championship has a format of 1 finished object and 1 paper. The paper can be your documentation for the object or it can be something else entirely the theme is what brings you joy. In other words why do you love underwater basket, weaving so much that you grew the reads and die yourself in addition to learning to hold your breath for that long? The evening holds an enhanced potluck. The barony will provide several succulent mains and ask that you bring something to share. There are no kitchen facilities but we have plenty of access to plugins for crock pots and the like. Please bring your own feast gear.

This site is accessible by public transit from both Victoria and Duncan.
