Cambrian Community Gym - 10am-11:30am

• Limited to 8 people per session
• A great way to stay active, meet others, and have fun!
• Gender Specific Changing rooms available during the allocated slot.
• Equipment includes: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Smith Machine, 1 Treadmill, 2 Cross Trainers, 4 Spin Bikes, 1 Concept Rower, a Punching Bag and a Cable Machine. We also have two Benches and matts for the floor.
• Free Car Parking, E.V. charging onsite available if needed.

Located at the M&G Cambrian United 3G pitch.

Booking is essential - Once you have booked on EventBrite you will be sent a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to complete - This is also essential prior to using the gym.
