The workshop held by Venerable Gendun will focus on exploring the hidden causes of anger, discovering practical methods to reduce its power, and tools to regain balance, calm, and clarity of mind.
During the workshop, Venerable Gendun will provide us with methods to learn how challenges related to anger become opportunities to deepen mental balance and insight.
